Stay away from salts, and that alone with lower your blood pressure, Eat Whole grains, eat cereal in the morning, avoid fatty foods, that contain Salt, Dont drink Soda's with high sodium, and NO FROZEN FOODS, they contain more salt then you need for a month...

Blood pressure? Try foods high in fiber, and exercise regularly. Also, if you're male, drinking a glass of wine everyday helps thin your blood.

There's no magic bullet. Exercise, weight loss, and a healthy diet low in sodium (salt) will do it. Avoid canned soups, packaged noodles and all fast food - all are high in salt!

fruits and vegetables and whole grains and legumes
don't ever eat anything else and you will have great health.
grow a garden and tend it and you have the added benefit of no sparys or chemical fertilizers.
