Buy one at radio schack & you put in the frequencies needed If you get an old used one you can still pick up

what about them? should they be free? can you get one for free? well i will answer my own questian then, no they should not be free becuase it has a cost to make them, second part, no you can not, not even on the internet ive tried to find one, but cant.
