I was given this scanner and they gave me no installation CD and i was wondering if there is a website i can go to to download the installation software onto my computer....thank you...

My guess is that since it is a visioneer scanner, visioneer site would be the place to go to.

Select your 5800 under scanners for home and then download the scanner driver for whatever operating system you are using.

As a rule of thumb, remember, the manufacture's own website has the drivers that you can possibly ever need 99% of the time.

If you can't find it there, then just search for it.
Go to google and type in Visioneer 5800 driver and you will get it.
