if the dog was fine before it went it might be reacting to something that the groomers put on it. what did the groomers do? did they use any chemicals. what did you feed the dog that day. that might could be it. maybe it ate something that was harmful to it.

ok any time a dog feels scared it can cause it to have diarea fast your dog for 24 hours and give it pleanty of water then put him or her on a chop meat and rice diet for 4 days to a week then if the dog is finally having normal stool slowly take him or her off that diet and begin to give the dog its normal food. Did the vet take a stool sample? the dog might have worms that cause diarea. If that does not work you should try another vet. if you need more help email me at hp7mathwiz@verizon.net. I think it sounds like just an emotanal promblem but the worst it can be is worms and they can be treated easily. Try my food suggestion just make sure the dog has pleanty of water. Any questions contact me. I hope your dog gets better!!! Good Luck!!

perhaps your dog got into the shampoo or something the groomer had near your dog. I would go back to her and see what was around the area you dog was. Try and get your dog to drink lots of water, to clean out his/her system. If he/she is acting ok and just has the runs, then most likely your dog will be ok. It's kind of like humans, when we get that way, we may feel like we are dying but life goes on. Good luck

Has she had all her shots? If so, it may be that the trip to the groomers, may of upset her enough to cause the diarrhea, because she was not use to the groomers and all of the excitement. Sometimes with pets, emotional upsets can cause problems, although I would certainly call the vets, and get their professional opinion. Hope she feels better soon!

The vet will have to figure it out. It wasn't related to the groomer if she has not been eating for 3 days.

Some sort of gastrointestinal infection most likely.

I suspect Yahoo is rolling some updates so we might get some service interruption for the next hours.

Has your dog had her yearly vaccination needle for the dogs diseases. If not she could either have Parvovirus or Distemper. If she was had her needle. It could be just a reaction from something she has eaten
