The most important thing is to eat as little as possible during these 5 days. But don't exaggerate. Don't starve. You need energy to live.

Drink water and do sports.

Walk around, take a walk to the city and back. Avoid using a car. Walk as much as you can. Drink water. Eat vegetables and fruits.

And you will lose I think at least 8 pounds in three weeks, it could be more.

The most important thing is to eat less than you need to hold your weight. Replace all the fatty food with vegetables and fruits.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

eat well i mean good food but in small quantities. food like cooked cabbage, lots of water . broiled chicken breast.
oat meal with no sugar. exersize, walk biskly for a minimum of 1 hour each and every day. think thin. your brain really can tell the rest of your body to do certain things. in any event. do not worry about. it is not your wedding. just go and have fun at the wedding dance and enjoy your self. no body is going to care if you are over weight.and if they do, that is their problem. not your problem.
be happy with what you have. at least you are going to a wedding. you could be in Lebanon right now really suffering.
