Any one can tell me how to remove mark after surgery?

Not enough information to answer this question. What kind of "mark"? Are you talking about a scar? If so, how long ago did you have the surgery? Scars fade over time and become less noticeable but you can never remove a scar. You can have it treated medically and or surgically to make it less noticeable but it will never be gone. There is no way to get rid of a scar.
