My girl friend is trying to get me to wear one, and I am trying to use the WWJD excuse to lay a guilt trip on her simple soul. Help me out here, brothers and sisters.

Leaving Christ out of this folly, we just got back from Destin, Florida and not one guy was wearing a Speedo at the beach.....You will look like a freak and will scare people....Don't do it!!!!

No way. Jesus probly looks down on this world and is most likely disgusted with how his creation has turned out. There is no way he would wear a speedo! He is a modest man and would be more dressed as a umm lets say business man or atleast be clean cute and very modest.

no, JC could probably strutt around butt naked at the modern day beach. just wear the speedo for your girlfriend's amusement if nothing else-u know you can't use that WWJD thing on your girlfriend all the time. do your girl from the back or have her be on top? WWJD in that case?

No. This is a very (Pagan)Roman garment.
Jesus was more natural like St Peter, St James, and St. John fishing.
However when He walked on water we guess that he was wearing his garment of the day.
I would throw out the speedo. Go for modesty and comfort.
