I need a video editing program for windows that is under 50 dollars. I would be willing to spend maybe 70 dollars on it. Can anyone suggest some programs. All im really looking for is a program that has the time line of the entire movie that i can just cut out scenes and paste it. Also it has to be saved in standard video formats.

i use cyberlink - powerdirecter and it is really good and user friendly. but i don't know how much it costs.
