Until you do cardio to burn the fat away from them it could take a while.

you can do ab exercises forever and will never achieve that "flat" or "toned" stomach, unless you lose that fat that is covering the muscle. Pretty much everyone has a six pack, some even an 8 pack, but it is their high body fat percentages that prevent people from seeing them you also need to go on a stricked dieit you can buy the magazens that have the dieits in them you should at least eat 7 times a day

Pretty much never, untill you get rid of the layer of fat that is covering your stomach.

Unfortunately, "Spot Reducing" the fat covering your abs does not actually work, and the only way to lose that fat is by eating less and working out.

A whole lotta months, not weeks, months. Also for the ab exercises you can't just do that. You have to do the diet thing and also the cardio thing. Cardio----> running, jumping jacks, jump rope, etc.

Your abs a a bunch of muscles that aree covered by a layer of fat, you could actually have killer abs and never no it, until u got rid of the fat, which means cut carbs and fat from ur diet.

The fat has to go first. Patience is key. Eat properly...high protein diet with a lot of veggies. I found great info about the truth about abs... to get rid of belly fat and then get a six pack.
