Yes--our book study is on Monday nights. I hear we will be getting a very good book that will be released at our next convention in a couple of weeks.

The Bible is really just a fake story, perhaps a bit like the Loch Ness monster tales.
When we pass on information to another (example: story, joke, description of something etc) by the time these details are passed on by word of mouth, interpreted by others, and then written down, the final details are typically quite different than the original information.
Since the Bible is just a man-made story passed down over many years in various forms, the chance of it being accurate in any shape or form is remote.
There are people who swear blind that the Loch Ness monster exists regardless of all the evidence to the contrary, but a fence post bobbing up and down in the Loch does the trick. Similarly there are people who swear blind that God exists and the Bible is fact, yet there isn’t one blind bit of evidence to support such theories.
Biblical tales are really no different than Loch Ness monster tales, just the era is different.
There is not one single matter discussed in the Bible out of the many thousands of issues raised that has been proven true, yet many matters have been proven false.
You don’t really need to be a rocket scientist to deduce with practically 100% certainty that God and the Bible are fake.

The truth is, I never tire of the Psalms. They are a treasure trove of strength.
When I do my bible study, I do my P>A>R>T first which is
Psalms, Admit, Request, Thanksgiving.
Then, I do L>M>N>O>P which is Listen, Messages, New Testament, Old Testament, and Proverbs.
There are 31 Proverbs so you can do one each day of the month every month.
I especially enjoy the "L" when you listen for God's answer to your prayers. And "M" for messages He gives you for your day.

Do not believe something simply because you have heard it. Do not believe anything simply because it has been handed down for many generations. Do not believe anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe anything simply because it is written in Holy Scriptures. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of teachers, elders, or wise men. Believe only after careful observation and analysis, when you find that it agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all. Then accept it, and live up to it.
