Rice Medley
I use a rice cooker.
6 cups cooked rice
After the rice is cooked I add butter, shredded cheddar cheese and frozen chopped broccoli that's been steamed in the microwave. Add a touch of garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Prep time is 5 minutes, cook time is 35. cleanup is very easy and my kids always ask for seconds and thirds!
Best of all: I can make this meal for about $3.

Tasty Hot Dogs
Cook 1/2 cup onions until tender in 1 tbs butter or oil.
Stir in:
14 oz . Bottle Catsup
1 tbs. Vinegar
2 tbs Pickle Relish
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbs Sugar
Dash of Pepper
Add hotdogs and simmer for 10 minutes.

Layered Mexican Dip
1 lb ground beef mixed with 2 cans refried beans
1 large container sour cream
1 large Pace picante sauce (hot to mild)
1 large bag mexican cheese
each ingredient makes a layer. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes and serve with Scoops. The kids love this!

Tuna Rice Casserole
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup crushed potato chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1-quart casserole dish.
In a separate bowl, place all ingredients and mix well. Pour into casserole
dish.
Bake 30-35 minutes, or until heated through.
** You can add peas, carrots or whatever to this and get in your veggies

Ritzy Chicken Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 can cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom
1 cup sour cream, regular or reduced fat
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked
4 ounces melted butter, melted
PREPARATION:
Crumble one sleeve of Ritz crackers in the bottom of a 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Drizzle half of the melted butter over the crackers. Mix chicken with soup, sour cream, and broth. Pour over crackers.
Crush the remaining sleeve of crackers over the chicken mixture. Drizzle the remaining melted butter over the crackers. Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Serves 6.

zatrians chickern rice dinner mix on the little box it says too play around and pan fry the chicken in a ton of grease i hate grease on anything, so i took owe about half a pound of chickenn in a pan boiled itt, let it do its thing , got the zatriand diner mix out the chicken was par boiled out i, i cut up the chicken pieces in the zatrains, chicken rice mix etc, in betwenn the chicken getting done and cooking the zatrains stuff owe about 35 minutes tops etc wela done!!

Boneless Skinless chicken breast..
Sprinkle with garlic powder and
onion salt
cook in a frying pan until almost done
pour in 2 Tbsp orange juice and continue cooking until the orange juice glazes the chicken and turns brown!
Serve with a salad and the veggie of your choice.
YUM!

Cheese burger hot pockets. Buy Pillsbury Crescent rolls and stuff them with cooked ground sirloin topped with Cheddar cheese, wrap them tightly and them do an egg yolk wash and some more Cheddar on top and bake according to instructions on package. Serve with a salad or store bought Cole slaw and you are ready to go.
