well lady in my mind its always five and in real life it will be 5 here in 15 min or so

It is only 5:00 somewhere if the minute hand is on 12. Meaning only exact hours can relate around the world as minutes don;t change with the timezones

Grasp the small adjustment knob on your watch, gently pull it all the way out, and spin it up or down until the time reads 5:00pm. It is now 5:00 in your little world.
