Either certain restaurants in Europe because they don't really have to act nice to you since the tip is already included in the price (our waiter at most places didn't bother with the whole 'nice' thing, they were just like 'what do you want' and that's all) or really high end clothing/ purse stores such as chanel or gucci etc

Staples. Twice I have gone there for a "big ticket" item that they had to get from storage. Both times the employee disappeared for more than 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I left. I have no idea how long it really would have taken.

Sears. They aren't like they used to be. They are subdivided into so many sections they're like AT&T. There are also numerous subcontractors. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing!
