My brother has three nipples and had his belly button removed as a toddler due to a hernia. Two nipples are on the left breast and 1 is on the right. With 3 nipples and no belly button he is definitely a hit at every party!

never saw anyone with 3 nipples. i used to watch this girl though that had no nipples. i looked, i never saw any. she was just born that way.

I have three and so does one of my cousins..... lol. its a great conversation starter. Honestly, the third one just looks like a little white mole now that I'm in my twenties. No, I don't have feeling in it and it didn't grow into a breast.

Yes, I know of PEOPLE with 3 and MORE. Kind of weird, but you get used to it, its' not rare at all.
