I am not sure of what you are asking but age shouldn't hold you back if you love each other my husband and I are almost 11 yrs apart in age but we were adults when we met I was 23 and he was almost 34 and we have been together almost 10 yrs now. But if where you are to get married at is what you are asking the you can go to a judge or a justice-of -the-peace he/she would bet at a court house and most just charge a small fee but you will have to get a marriage licenses and both will have to have photo IDs. I hope this helps... God Bless and Good Luck in all that you do!!!

First you have to go to the County Courthouse and get yourselves a Marriage License. There is usually a fee for that ($40-50.00) but it varies from state to state. You will receive your license in the mail. Once you have your license, you can get married. The Justice of the Peace, an elected official can marry for a small fee. He/she will set up a time and you go to his office. It is better to have one or two people to go with you as witnesses - but if you don't have anyone, someone from the office will act as a witness. If you want a preacher, you need to contact whatever church you want. Once the ceremony is over. you will be married and the person who marries you will fill out the marriage certificate. Quite simple actually - Good luck.

It is called eloping, and you both have to be at least legal age where ever your at, and you still need a marriage license, then all you have to find is a Notary Public, or a Justice of the Peace, or a small town preacher, a Judge, and most Constables and Sheriffs (not deputy's) can do the job. Good Luck

A judge or a justice of the peace can officiate at a wedding. (Not a lawyer unless he also has other credentials.) Many clergy also make house calls. The important thing is to have the license signed by someone who has "the power vested" by the state to make it legal.

In most places you can go to the County Clerk's office or call them and ask them where to get a marriage license. You will often need to get blood tests as well. You can ask them the rules. The real marriage is in the document, and the witnesses, with a proper party (priest, judge what have you, the Clerk will know) to make sure it is done properly. However IT NEEDS TO BE FILED IN THE PROPER RECORDS afterwords. If you do it casually, make sure the person responsible knows what they are doing.

In Florida a Notary public can legally marry you. All you need is the license and find out who is legal to marry you in your state. Having it at the house is a nice intimate setting. Best of luck.

You're only 18 and you want to get married?!! Please think about it first. Don't throw your life away. I know you probably feel very strongly and impetuously but please....have you talked to your mother about this? You are too young. You probably have heard that before and you may be sick of hearing it but I tell you what......will you just send me an e-mail and let's talk. OK?

Tell him you want a HUGH wedding in a Church. You wanna spend about 50,000 dollars for the wedding. You'll never see him again and your problems will all be solved. He sounds like a Complete JERK.
