Do they not have the special TTY TDD so you can contact them and discuss this? I had a lot of problems with my unlimited service it was owned by fido who sold to rogers communications. It took two years for them to get our bill corrected. Ours is 19.95 unlimited north america calling. Now I am finally happy with the service. We had to make a lot of noise first. I hope you get this cleared up. If you still can't then get a hearing person to do the yelling I will help too!
The link below is for general help Chat but once there ask them for a helpchat for billing. This site is hard to get around. Hope this helps. ~A~

On your phone bill, there should be an 800, 888, 877 or 866 toll free number for hearing impaired customers. It provides you with a way to talk to them using a relay service.

Yea and if they don't have IM chat they likely will have email customer service too. Make sure you have your agreement in writing before compaining o.k. Verify your contractual agreement and make copies of it.

Try their web-site. Sometimes they have live customer assistance by computer.
