The most important thing is to eat as little as possible during these 5 days. But don't exaggerate. You need energy.

Drink water and do sports.

Walk around, take a walk to the city and back. Avoid using a car. Walk as much as you can. Drink water. Eat vegetables and fruits.

And you will lose I think at least 6 pounds, it could be more.

The most important thing is to eat less than you need to hold your weight. Replace all the fatty food with vegetables and fruits.
