You're being used. It hurts, but stop all contact with him. You're worth more than that. If he returned your feelings he would have dumped her and been with you.

As long as he's with her, he's hers, not yours. I know that is not what you want to hear. If you think he's taking you for granted, trust your instincts. He is. He is using you both. Imagine yourself in HER shoes. Your boyfriend has been chatting and being physical with someone else, behind your back for 3 years. How would that make you feel? This is not her fault, so don't be mad at her. This is HIS doing, and one of you needs to respect YOU. Since it IS NOT him, it has to be YOU. You need to remind him next time that he has someone else, and not to contact you again. You need to take sometime, and be by yourself. Allow yourself some grieving time, and try to get through this when you can. Make and keep good friends around you. Keep occupied, and concentrate on other things. You will find as each day goes by, that the thought of him will fade with each sunset. Trust me on this. Do the right thing, and do not interfere in her relationship. She has enough trouble on her hands, from what you've described. Show that you have more class than he does, and have no further involvement. You are worth so much more than being someones mistress.

u know the best thing is to let go. if he is yours or wants to be yours he will come back.
don't let no one take u for granted. and if someone did what you are doing to the other women, it wouldn't fell nice.
so let him go, and u will be much happier - it will hurt until u let it, and than move on.

he has a gf, so you need to step away from the man. if he were interested in you, he would have let you know by now.
