I've got a room in my house that's done up in a deep maroon color, and I want ghosts to appear on the wall when the blacklight comes on. I heard that white crayon works, but I'm not sure. How well does it show up? Is it invisible over the maroon in regular light?

I wouldn't use white crayons, it'll still show up in the light. If you have any leftover paint, try painting a piece of scrap wood or cardboard the color of your walls, and just try all different things to see what you like best. I like using the glow in the dark paint that I bought at Home Depot in the spray paint aisle. It comes in a mini paint can and dries clear. I used it to highlight the flames on my atv helmet and it looks really great under a blacklight.

take an art class. it has more than enough uses. Adding a glossy touch to things, showing the flow of water, coloring white on a different colored paper, there's heaps of things white crayon can be used for. Also, they taste great.

White crayons show up in the light, and a bit in black lite but not enuf to really see shapes. They have paints that are blacklite responsive. Ity doesn't show in light but looks great ib blacklite. I would use that and a small brush to make your ghosts.

Try a small area. If it doesn't look good get the Mr clean magic eraser and wipe it off.

Use Tide detergent. I think the powder works best, wet it and smear it on the wall.
