When I was pregnant I was nausious 24/7 with out throwing up. It was that type of feeling that you wish you would throw up. I remember sitting in front of the toilet with crackers.

I suggest eating breakfast even though you don't want to/feel like it. It's important to eat many small meals than to eat large meals that could make you sick. I snacked all day long on yogurt and fruit and then made 3 or 4 small meals. Some books say to suck on lemon candy or sour candy. At Baby's R Us they actual have morning sickness candies.

All I know is that once I got past the first trimester, one day I woke up and I felt awesome and full of energy. It's the last trimester that is exhausting! Good Luck!

I'm not pregnant, but I suffer from nausea too. What I do is I try to avoid sudden movements (by moving slowly). Getting some fresh air and exercise by going for a little walk every day helps too. You should also avoid foods and smells that trigger your nausea, or foods containing a lot of fat or spices. Be sure to get enough fluids. A good strategy is to sip fluids frequently throughout the day. I would also suggest that you eat small, frequent meals and snacks throughout the day so that your stomach is never empty (eat before you get hungry). I've also read that ginger tea or ginger tablets can help reduce nausea.

It is just too early for being pregnant signs to exhibit if you're nonetheless eight-10 days away. You ordinarily simply ovulated ago four-7 days. Sore breasts can point out being pregnant however it might probably additionally point out that you're approximately to begin your interval. Nausea almost always does no longer start till you're approximately a month pregnant. So the nausea is ordinarily a part outcome of the antibiotic. Antibiotics do influence start manipulate capsule. I might simply give up considering it for a couple of days and permit your strain stages drop, given that strain too can lengthen your interval. If via subsequent week you do not begin cross and get a being pregnant experiment. Alot of your signs is usually a signal of being pregnant, however I doubt it, it's too quickly. If you're pregnant, the egg might nonetheless be a cellphone dividing and has no longer even implanted itself and your hcg stages might no longer be top ample but to reason a majority of these signs.

i was sick for the first 5 months of my pregnancy (nausea and vomiting). i tried every trick in the book, gingerale, crackers, small meals, you name it, i tried it. my best advise is to ask your doctor for some medication. i took 3 different kinds just so that i would be able to make it (somewhat) through the day. Reglan, Phenegran, and Zofran (this one being the best, but is also very expensive, and hard to get approved on some insurance policies). you can try the morning sickness candies, but they are simply ginger (sometimes effective in helping with nausea). you mind keep trying new things to see how they work, but in the end, there's no one 'wonder food' that will help you. try to eat bland things (like baked potatoes with only a little butter). however, don't eat just dry toast though and not drink anything (some doctors say to avoid liquids with meals as it might help nausea) this is bad- speaking from experience.

Eat a cracker before you get out of bed in the morning and wait about 5 minutes before getting up. It will help keep the nausea down!

oh honey. welcome to the club! there are a ton of home remedies, but for me, nothing worked. i just threw up and felt sick for months. i wound up being put on ridiculously expensive medication, given to chemo patients, so i would gain some weight. it goes away after a few months, if that's any help! tums are great for pregnant women, lots of calcium. you can see if they help. other than crackers and caffiene-free tea, just stay close to the bathroom.

Try not to ever let your stomach be completely empty. It makes you more nauseaous. And eat dry foods, don't drink while you are eating or right after. I ate saltines and dry toast. eat slowly and take small bites.
