ok, i need someone to cut my split ends so it will still be long and split end- free. if not, then a shampoo or conditioner that will get rid of them. it is kinda too late to prevent the split ends. there is too much.

you cannot FIX a split end. but if u dont cut it off it will continue to split up the hair shaft. so u need to go to a salon and have them cut the ends to get the splits off. BUT THEY WILL NOT DO IT ONE-BY-ONE. a regular monthly trim should fix the problem.

If they do, RUN FAST, because he's on crack!!! LOL Do you know how many hairs are on your head??? So sit there and pick your hair up one strand at a time and just see how long it takes..... I would do it for $100 a strand, just let me know when you want to come............LOL Seriously, you can still get a great trim that rids all of the dead or split ends, and it doesnt have to be done one hair at a time. Any stylist should be able to trim your split ends. The key to maintaining healthy hair and not having split ends is to keep your ends trimmed, about every 4-6 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. And if you haven't had a trim in a while the first trim may be a little more than you expext but all of the dead hair needs to come off if you ever want it healthy. If it is a lot then you may want to get a little off at a time but you will need a deep conditioner in between to slow down the process of further splitting which will still occur until the split ends are cut off.......... Good Luck

If you pay them $100000000000 for that, I bet they'd cut it one by one. If you do not have that kind of money, try cutting an inch or so -if your hair is long, it shouldn't be noticeable. If they're really ragged, just cut them- shorter but healthy hair looks way better than shaggy nasty hair with split ends
Conditioners cannot fix split ends, but they can prevent them
