I am in that situation. My best friend hates my husband she doesn't even want him at her house unless she absolutely has to have him there. I would keep my best friend but I would make it clear that I am not going to give up my boyfriend. Although I would ask her why she hates him so much. She may have a good reason I know my best friend has very good reason to hate my husband.

It could be jealousy, on one or both of their parts. Not wishing to share your time, with someone else.
I'm sure your friend, is missing the time she had with you, and your boyfriend, wants as much as your time as he can get.
Get alone with them, and ask each of them, why they don't like each other.
Maybe you can work some kind of schedule out, for them, if sharing you is the problem.
But it's also true, that some people, just don't like each other, for no real reason at all.
But it's worth checking it out.
