oklahoma is in the central time zone which is 1 hour different of the eastern time zone or EDT. If it is 5:51 EDT then in oklahoma it is 4:51 CDT. i don't know the difference to canada just hope this helps you to figure it out. the usa has 4 time zones with 1 hour difference between each.
