I went to a casino in London and lost 20 pounds in five minutes.
It's OK. I won it back the next night.

2 hours a day and you're not losing weight? The eating must be more than the exercising! If you're exercising is more than the calories you're bringing in, you will lose weight. 2 hours is a long time every day.
You might want to mix your exercise up, do something different every other day for the cardio. Are you doing alot of cardio? This is what will cause you to lose weight. This burns fat. Weights will cause you to burn calories, so doing both is the best way. You can do cardio 4-6 days a week for a hour. You can then do weights 3 days a week, doing a full body routine, giving yourself a day in between for recovery. Hope this helps.........

If you really exercise and raise your heart beat and sweat a lot , you will loose weight.. also if you eat less portions and avoid sugar.
I do a bit and I definitely look better .. but I need to do regularly to loose 10 pounds.
Once I was just busy and had no desire to eat for a few weeks and lost 7 lbs easily..
exercise make me eat more .. but it is healthy for the long run..

Cheers ,
Those last ten pounds hey. Ever heard of Cortisol. It is a hormone produced by your brain when you are stressed and it wont even let your body burn fat for energy and it will slow down your metabolism. There is some great stuff out there check out this web site I was able to lose 25 pounds with this program good luck. www.2packsaday.com/whey2go

The only success I've had with shedding weight in a hurry was giving birth! lol
Seriously, if you're not opposed to diet pills, go to extremepowerplus.com
I tried these a couple years ago and they worked fast for me and gave me energy. They're not expensive, either.

your setting yourself to a big number. Start off at 5 then go up. The larger the number the harder it feels. Start off small. You'll get there. It just takes time.

Stop cooking with sunflower oil. Use natural oils that your body recognises and puts to use (burns for energy) straight away. The best is coconut oil, if you like the flavour. But it must be virgin coconut oil.

because you are exercising so much, you are probably building up muscle and loosing fat... only thing with that is, muscle weighs more than fat. you should measure every part of your body... waist, bust, thighs, calves, arms, neck... this way you can measure yourself and see how many inches you are loosing... im sure you are loosing fat, but just not seeing it due to the gain in muscle mass.
