Why twice? ONCE should be enough. Heck, she has probably turned even more psycho than she was originally. What if she comes to my house and starts screaming nonsense and stabs me in the eye with a Barbie doll?!!!
Actually... I really don't know... She deserved to be punished, but tasered? TWICE?

Just HOW is this a food and drink question? I don't know why you are in this category unless you are over-reaching its intent because the woman is drunk! I did not bother to watch the video clip!

arrghh
watching that video - I would've tasered that whiney, screaming b*tch just to shut her up.. god I had to mute my 'puter - how annoying!
really - I have NO sympathy for her, she's speeding an SUV down what looks to be a residential street while smoking and gabbing on her cell phone - she could have KILLED someone!! she's obviously a self centred pc of sh¡t - and then refuses the officers' instructions, takes a swing at them...
F*CK her!!
NO sympathy!!

Absolutely. She was asked politely to step out of the car. She was speeding (breaking the law) or she wouldn't have pulled over to begin with, and she was told that it was going to happen. What more do you want?

She very much deserved it. A loud mouth uncooperative biotch.
Maybe next time she'll do what she's told and not try to turn her inability to obet into a race issue.

Serves her right! If she had cooperated with the police officer she would not have been tazered. He asked her politely and she had to run her mouth. I say she had every volt coming!***

That was uncalled for. Excessive force. It's still better than killing someone or shooting an innocent bystander.
