Healthier than the french fries, healthier than the burgers. How healthy? A lot of them are made with iceberg lettece which isn't much more than a filler. It offers very little nutrients. The salad mix comes out of prewashed, vaccuum-packed packages.

Yes, most of the fast food restaurant salads come with the dressing on the side, so you can control the amount. The less dressing you use, the healthier the salad.

actually, theyre really not that healthy considering theres heavy, calorie-rich dressings, cheese, croutons, meat (sometimes bacon!)....probably the unhealthiest salad you could ever eat. why not skip all fast food (including the salads)??

go to saladworks or lettuce feed you where they have healthier options. or even a subway sandwich would be a better choice.

I usually buy the dressing that I like at wallymart and go buy the salad, and use my own dressing. The salads are exceptional now, go for it!
