How is your exercise level? I suggest walking for about 30 minutes to begin with. Your body will develop endurance and will have more energy. Also, when you sleep, do you get waken up at night (to urinate, by sounds around you or wake up coughing)? Perhaps you have sleep apnea, where you don't get enough air in your lungs so your sleep quality is lesser. How about your mood, is it mostly sad lately? I suggest that you see a physician for a physical check-up. Also, try to catch some sunshine each day.

I wish you well.
