I wouldn't cheat but I'd definitely point out the cheating to the management. Then if the management doesn't seem to care, you can assume that the cell phone use isn't really forbidden after all, and feel free not only to uswe your own, but to tell everyone else that they can too. If they do care then they'll disqualify the cheaters. Either way they no longer have an unfair advantage.

Certainly I would point out that the evildoers are cheating. In a fun game no one should be given an unfair advantage like being able to use a cell phone.

It's not whether you win or lose but how you play the game. No cheating. I would rather lose honestly than have a hollow victory I know was achieved by cheating. Where would I put the self respect I had just lost? :-(

If everyone knows everyone is using their phones to cheat, then I would use mine also--if it's all in the fun.
However, if it's done in a sneaky manner, no I wouldn't. I would stop playing and call what they're doing.
