Wierd looking rash?

I have this weird rash at least i think its a rash it doesnt itch and it has no texture no pain nothing its just there. http://img108.imageshack.us/img108/2305/picture012yn1.jpg heres a picture its the more red area on my leg the thing that looks like a web of some sort any ideas on what i should do would be super help full

how long have you had it ? possible heat rash????

try putting on some lotions that soothes it
maybe you slept on it?!
