Some ulcers are caused by an infection but others just happen and still others are caused by medicines like Ibuprofin and Aspirin in higher than normal doses over long periods of time. Tylenol can cause liver damage but this also occurs (or so it is believed) when you take higher than normal doses. If you're getting headaches every day then you should go visit an opthamologist to have your vision checked. If your vision's fine then you should probably keep looking for the source of your headaches as you shouldn't be getting one every day.

Any anti inflammatory treatment can exacerbate ulcerations for your intestinal mucosa. However, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the least detrimental of the choices. If you would not have a fever and aren't in a reasonable quantity of anguish, you could do pleasant to hinder taking any bloodless alleviation containing acetaminophen. Read the labels cautiously, or seek advice your pharmacist. While now not always convenient to uncover, those medicines do exist.
