yes. if you look at a baby and see how much it loves you, you could never think of performing an abortion.ask yourself this question
"What if my parents didn't want me and got an abortion?"
if you put that into your mind you would be an anti-abortion supporter everytime
I AGREE! LIBERALS DO SUCK BALLS

Scarlett Rose you are kidding right, You act as though pregnancies fall out of the sky the vast majority of women who have them have unprotected sex. You are talking about a choice: you chose no condom, you chose no pill, you chose not to say no, you chose no patch or IUD or any other form of protection I think that's enough choices. There has been no evidence to prove fetuses do not feel pain. By 4 month the nervous system is completely developed. How can you say they are not living beings? No one just hits a switch at 7 months and decides to come to life. A fetus can be felt kicking and moving at 4 months you expect me to believe its just a bunch of nothing? Where do dogs and cats come into this? Who aborts animals? I'll keep you in my prayers. Abortion sucks and so does the war. Baby saver all the way

I feel it's murder. There's really nothing more to say than that. I have sympathy for any woman who finds herself pregnant and doesn't want the baby, but that doesn't justify killing the baby. I really can't stand when people throw the ole "What if a 13 year old gets raped and gets pregnant" First of all that accounts for less that 1% of all abortions, and 2nd of all killing the baby doesn't erase the fact that a girl got raped.

I feel everyone should have a right to choose up and to a certain point. I have neer been in a position to have to make that decision. But, I had a friend who was brutally gang raped and it resulted in pregnancy. At first she couldn't face the idea of abortion and decided not to abort but later committed suicide because she could not deal with the mental trauma associated with the pregnancy.
Tough call..no one has the right to judge except the Almighty God, because only He knows the whole truth and circumstances of each woman.

YES, I support abortion upto a point... I think once a woman finds out she is pregnant and decides to have an abortion, she should have it that day (practically). I don't think it should be done after the 24 week. At this week, a baby can live on their own with major medical suppot, and a lot of babies have problems for the rest of their life if born this early!
Anyways, controlled abortion saves womens lifes. Women would have abortions regardless if it was illegal. If abortions are done in an illegal manner, then they are done in unsafe conditions and could consitute to the mother even dying herself, or coming out of it with major medical problems.
Abortions have been practiced for centuries. It was only the rise of the christian church in the 1400's that brought the practice of abortion to a stop among pagen religions in Europe. Even the Native Americans practiced abortion, but when the settlers came to America, they demanded they live by a different set of moral, rules, and values! Abortion was a form of population control, considering they didn't have any other type of birth control. Without population control you would kill a tribe in itself by starvation.
In the mid-late 1800's there was no type of known birth control used. Women were owned by there husband, and left to take care of all the children. LET me ask you this: is it fair to a woman to have 6 children a 14 hr day job, and a drunk husband at home? NO thats murder itself.
The women's sufferage movement has given women all sorts of independence, abortion being part of it. Women have fought for centuries for their rights of being a woman, and to have the right of having an abortion taken away is preposterous.
I think every woman, man and child should take a women in history class... and then say abortion is wrong! It is NO ONE elses bussiness whether or not someone decides to have an abortion... if that fetus would have been born, that child would not have been wanted and will grow up into an environment that was not wanting of a child... and to all of you who say JUST GIVE IT UP FOR ADOPTION!! There are tons of children up for adoption, whether it be here in america or in another country... they just aren't babies!!! So you say women who want abortions are greedy?? give me a break it is you who are greedy to not want an older child given up for adoption!
Oh and by the way I hate Republicans and Conservatives who don't give one thought to our nations history, womens history, and a womans right to her own body!

I am pro-life. I do not belive in abortions at all. I believe a baby is not tissue but a human being. Killing an innocent child is murder. Just like if a drunk driver hits and kills a pregnant woman he goes down for manslaughter on two counts not one. I believe abortion should be banned. Its cruel.

Are you asking this question just so you can call people names and send threatening e-mails? I'm a saver for the most part, though I think there are circumstances in which abortion is the only answer. And I hate liberals myself.

I think it's the women's choice. It should be her choice, and I don't think the government has the right to make it illegal or ban it. I mean what if a 14 year old got raped and got pregnant, and she had to have the child? That's not fair. I STRONGLY believe that it's the women's choice, and I don't think anyone else should have a say. And guys (unless your married) shouldn't get to have a say in it. They're not the ones walking around for nine months pregnant are they? I know that's like killing a person and I don't like that. But personally I think it's the women's choice. And it should be, not anyone else's.

I believe that every life is precious. Not ONE can be discarded for frivolous purposes - except in cases of capital punishment, for which I am FOR unless there is any doubt at all.
Abortion is wrong. I'm on the fence though when it comes to saving mommy or the baby. Not sure what to do in that case.
I'm with you. No liberals or dems for me!

i am firmly AGAINST abortion. not for any reason would i kill my unborn child. while pregnant i was told my baby had down syndrome and would i want an amnio to confirm and then possibly abort? NO WAY! my baby is perfect- no problems.. but if i would have listened to the doctors, and believed in abortion, i might have killed this perfect little gift.
