Increase your caloric intake by 2000-2500 calories a day. Do this by eating calorie rich foods that are at moderate to low levels of fat. I'd recommend bagels, fatty cuts of meat, lots of whole milk. Also, do weight training and hopefully some of that weight you gain will also be muscle. Maybe 1-2 pounds of the weight will be muscle that way. Otherwise, all of it will be fat.

Bannana and Icecream shakes, 2 to 3 times daily. That should get you where you need to be. And Just brush your teeth afterward to avoid cavities, floss too!
