Well, you could chop up the onions and tomatoes with whatever spices you have to add some zing and make an impromptu salsa for the chicken or the steak. (and if you don't know how to thaw quick, putting the meat in a big bowl of running water will do the trick)
serve it with a bit of rice or a baked potato without a whole lot of topping and it should be fairly healthy. You could even top the potato or rice with some of the salsa concoction, if you wanted.

Spread the spices on the chicken, make wedges out of the potatoes and spread the spices on them too. Bake them in onions as well. Serve the chicken on a bed of noodles or rice. Put the steak and hamburger away for another night.

Put the rice or noodles on to cook.
Saute the onions in some butter in a pan on the stove. Chop the tomatoes & add them & the spices to the onions. Let them heat a few minutes then pour them on top of the rice or noodles.
Spread some butter on the bread & sprinkle with powdered garlic & toast under your broiler for some yummy garlic toast to go with the rice & tomatoes.

Have any corn dogs in the freezer? Do you have a microwave oven? You could thaw the chicken in the micro and then bbq it. You could cut up all the potatoes, onions, and tomatos and cook them together with some spice, on the stove. Don't burn it, though.

well if the question is what should i eat with what i have, then i say, make some noodles, with a olive oil dressing, throw in the tomatoes and have a side of bread with a light spread.... the easiest meat to thaw is probably the chicken if you want some meat, cut it up and add it to your pasta ... or have chicken with rice and a side of green beans.. .YUM

Honestly you need more veggies and fruits, it's time to go shopping! Produce isle!
Just realize that a salad is just an excuse to eat dressing and when you steam veggies they lose most of their nutritious content.
Carbs are not healthy for you (at least not in that large an amount) also meat should only fill 1/4 to 1/3 of your whole meal, anything more than that is unhealthy.

Hm... try cubing the potatoes and frying them in a tiny bit of oil, along with some chicken. Once it's just about finished, throw in some chopped vegetables and spices. And if your chicken is still frozen, put it in a plastic baggie and drop it in lukewarm water until you can cut it up and cook it.

How about roasted tomatoes, with pilaf (rice and noodles cooked in stock, broth or water), and grilled chicken (if frozen, defrost in microwave). Cheers!
