It's possible, but i've heard some nasty things about what their products contain. I wouln't want to go into Mc'donalds although im not saying i don't enjoy a chicken burger from time to time.
My friend once complained like hell, everyhting seemd to go wrong the food was late, the food was wrong etc.... they brought out the wrong drink(s), so in the end we got all of our meals free and got £50 worth of vouchers to spend in Marks and spencer!!
So yeah go for it if you want to complain.

I wish! They got really ratty with me the other day. They told me to park in the Grill spaces, but gave me my Mc Slurry. The food didn't arrive for another 10 minutes, and me slurry was liquid! When I complained some spotty little idiot got in a right hump! Kentucky from now on I think!!! Mmmmm Chicken!!

In Edinburgh, Princes St. they use to have that policy [5 mins it was] circa 2000, maybe they changed it, although I think that's still enforced !

Note that you would get your money back plus the meal !!

Don't think you can get a refund but they are supposed to serve you in that time and they get into trouble if a mystery shopper has to wait longer than that time.

Its always worth complaining loudly as McD is obsessed with having a good public image. They then bend over backwards to recompence you and give you free food, vouchers etc just to keep you quiet.

Wishful thinking.

The real deal is that Mc Donald's meals are so small you can finish 'em in 3 minutes...

Geez, I wish, but NO. Judging by the usual quality of their service, McD's would go broke if that were true.
