Hey everyone,
I was wondering how much weight you can lose in 2 days by only eating veggies, fruits, and drinking water, and only consuming water after 4:00 p.m.
this isn't unhealthy or anything, since it's only for 2 days, and also sort of like cleaning out the body system
anyone who has done the veggie+fruit "fast" can testify?

yeah go for it, it's the best gift you can give your body every once in a while and it's perfectly healthy.
in fact there's a diet solely based on the consumption of fruit, vegetables, nuts, and uncooked organics... called raw vegan diet and it's the healthiest and most healing thing you can try, perfectly safe for an adult!

Its actually a really good way to lose weight. Add some healthy fats like a handful of peanuts once a day and I found I like to supplement some of the water with a nice herbal tea as a snack...
combine with a good workout routine and you got a great start to a diet.
However..You won't lose much of anything noticeable in just 2 days.

How much weight you'll lose will vary, but it's going to tend to be water weight (in spite of the water you are drinking) and not fat pounds. It's a little gimmicky thing that can make you feel good (inside, if ya see the scales drop), but truthfully, it's not doing a whole lot for you weight wise long term...

I think you will get diarrhea. There are other ways to lose weight that can teach you healthy eating habits so you can maintain your desired weight and not have to try to keep on losing weight. Try Weight Watchers. They have been around for many years and have a wonderful success rate. Good luck!

sounds like a semi fast. Kinda like the hollywood diet juice. Same thing.. you drink it for two days and you do get the runs..... i prefer yogurt and water every other day for a week .... the water will help keep you full, and help shrink your stomach at the same time.... good luck ... post us on your progress

I have been following this for almost a month now and i lost around 5kgs... i dont think ull lose much in 2days even though it is a good idea for a "cleaning out" effect...so there's no harm:)

for two days about ive pound, but it isnt healthy. if you want to clwan your system go to gnc or a place like that and get a colon cleaning product. it helps alot and you can lose weight.
