Does this mean that I can walk into a place wearing a shirt and shoes but no pants, and get service?

Another excellent point - Do I actually have to be WEARING the shirt and shoes properly? Or can I just use them to cover certain areas?

Good point. I would never have thought of that but I bet if you walked into a bussiness without pants they may kick you out or call the cops for indecent exposure. But give it a try and let me know. Good Luck!!

I've often wondered this, but I think you'd also have to conform to the public decency laws of your area. I say shirt, shoes, and tighty whities is worth a shot.

Well I don't know but that's a particularly amusing way of looking at it. Saw your screen name. Kids are great aren't they? Mine are my life, my loves, my backbone and the very reason for my existence!!!!! From one loving parent to another!!

I guess it depends on what the shirt and the shoes are covering...

That's a good one, you should try that sometime to see if they will still serve you. Technically though if the sign does say that they should still serve you.
