If they are on the bone, try 375 degF for 45 min.

If you want the skin to be crispier, preheat the oven to 450 degF. Place the chicken in and bring the heat down to 375 degF for 40 min.

If they are off the bone, cook it for less time, but you are better off cooking in a pan, you could cook on the stove top for less time. Less than 15 minutes.

I just melt enough butter to just cover bottom of cake pan, then I take a gallon size freezer bag and put flour ,salt, pepper ,& garlic poweder in it and shake til mixed then I take the chicken thighs and put in the bag and shake til coated ,then layer in the cake pan and cover with aluminum foil if no metal lid ,then bake at 350 for 45 minutes or til no signs of pink showing of meat.At the last 20 minutes of baking I uncover so chicken thighs can brown.

You should bake them until they are cooked properly to avoid foodborne illness

Internal Temperatures for Proper Doneness
Whole Chicken - Thigh Area 175° - 180°F
Whole Chicken - Breast Area 170° - 175°F
Chicken Breast and Wings 170° - 175°F
Chicken Parts - Dark Meat 180°F
Ground Chicken 170°F
Stuffing Inside Whole Chicken 165°F
Note: If the proper temperature is not reached the chicken should be returned to the heat source for further cooking.

As long as they aren't touching each other you bake them at 350*f for 40 mins. the skin should be chrispy not rubbery. If it's still rubbery give it another 10 min and check again.
