Since you mentioned in your last question that you are from Chicago, there are some travel agencies run by Chinese people. These travel agencies buy tickets from the U.S. to Asia in bulk quantity so they can sell the tickets to you at a lower price than if you went through a website. Look in the telephone book. Sorry I don't have the travel agency in Chicago my friend uses when he goes back to Hong Kong. I do know the travel agency's name begins with the letter "A".

well, that depends on where you are flying from. I recommend checking on travelocity or expedia which airlines fly there, and if you aren't looking for a hotel or have already booked one, see which airline flies there, and go to that airline's website.
Trust me, don't book flights on expedia, sometimes they may charge up to twice as much as the ride is worth. I'd recommend trying United, American, and Asiana Airlines

You can get them for about $600 round trip. Not sure about a one way but maybe that will give you a reference.
