It's not necessary for your cousin to eat a lot at each meal and it's okay to provide lots of healthy snacks. My daughter has loved "platters" all her life. What I do is put small ammounts of several different healthy food on a butterfly-shaped platter I bought at the dollar store. These foods can include such things as: cheese, grapes, cucumber slices, baby carrots, meat slices, crackers, cherry tomatoes, orange pieces, watermelon, etc. Just look in your fridge/pantry. Kids like small amounts of lots of different stuff. My daughter is 15 now but still likes it when I give her a platter.

It's ok, kids won't starve! Don't worry, small children will always eat. Perhaps you need to make eating a good thing for him, example offer to watch his avorite show, an when he gets excited, say 'first you have to finish you lunch'
Hope this helps

One thing about little ones is that they don't know about starving themselves. He'll get hungry eventually. Try making eating a fun experience.
