It's a "cassock" not a dress. They wear what they like, normally it's slacks and a shirt. Depending on the situation, I've known a few who wore shorts and Tshirts during the summer with sandals.

I did some looking and came to the conclusion that they indeed wear underwear which i didn't think that they did.

Their clothes. When they give mass they just put that "dress" over their normal clothes.
