If he doesn't call today, then tomorrow or the next day you can call him, but have a reason. Don't just be needy or desperate and upset that he didn't call. If he said he would call, he really should be the one doing the calling. Although, most guys aren't good with the whole phone call thing. I mean I have this guy friend who I'll be talking to but have to go so he says he'll call me later and like a week later I bump into him and he still hasn't called and he feels awful. He just gets busy and forgets, he's not that great at the whole calling someone when he says he will thing. But its ok I know he isn't doing it on purpose, so I usually forgive him. Just wait it out a little.

you should wait but only for a certain time like a day or two cuz when a guy says he is gonna call you that day it usually means a day after or so but do not call him. It'll seem desperate.

Wait untill he calls you you don't want to seem to needy if he said he will call he will just wait and see.You will do what you want but if you really want this guy to like you wait.

Do not call him even if he doesn't call. He will call in a day or two if not today.
