Actually in the Current American Rifleman page 74 is the article: "Wal-mart stops selling firearms in 1000 stores. That is 1000 out of 3800 stores. Some of that is due to low sales demand. In others, its local anti gun pressures. So I suggest you support your good old local gun shop. They have a better selection of guns ammo & accesories. They tend to have knowelgeable employees. Not just so dweb from the Shoe Dept.

wal-mart, *****, k-mart, must be 21 w/id. no handguns though need to go to a local gun dealer and wait a 5 day waiting period w/ background check to purchase a hand gun

You can buy a gun at Wal-Mart
Just standard hunting rifles and shotguns
I don't know if they sell handguns though I think not.

you can buy a gun at walmart but there is an age limit everywhere you go. You have to be 21 or older with photo ID before you can purchase a gun.
