Being nauseous is no fun. We've all been there and we don't want to go back.

However, the biology of being nauseous is quite simple. You feel this way when your brain decides that the stomach will not have sufficent access to blood to digest food properly.

Most of the time, you're feeling nauseous because you're ill. Your brain commits it's blood to fighting the infection, so it lets you know that it doesn't want to deal with food. Thus you feeling nauseous.

You probably can eat something, however, it's not the best idea. What you should do is go lie down on your back, and try to relax. Sleep if possible.

turn out the lights, it will help. laying down might be best too. try not to think too hard, and being on the computer probably isn't good.
