Why is it that when a boy gets around his friend ,his g/f comes around he always front acting like he don't even know her..and then when they are alone togther he acts like he loves her and stuff..
Any way my questions is why do men put up front in front of their friends!

ok question to you why do women act different around their friends then when they are just with their man. Because people try harder to impress their friends. Men and women are different so they act different around friends of the same gender. In a perfect people would be themselves all the time but that is not how it is. Yes i think it dumb to be someone different in each situation but people want to be accepted. So before you start thinking guys are the only ones take a look at your giggling idiot girlfriends and think if you act different with them than when you are alone with your man.

You didn't give his age, but sounds to me as if he might be young or immature. More interested in being macho in front of his friends than being your bf. If he is very young he will get over it. If not, he is just immature and may not.
Boys are almost never as tough and masculine as they would have you believe, and they are going to put up a front until they feel very sure of themselves.

Young guys are like that. They just try to act all tough in front of there friends. I don't know why, I guess they don't want them to see that they actually love you. Maybe you should try doing the same and see how he feels.

Maybe because they are scared what their friends would think if they saw him being sweet to a girl and being all mushy! he would get teased and made fun of and he doesn't want to take that chance..he doesn't want to look like a wuss in front of his friends or lose his girl either!

they havent grownup yet, but the next time he acts up in front of you. walk up to him and challenge him, meaning how he acts when its you two, se if he steps up to the plate. goodluck
