I have flat panel single tuner NTSC LCD TV.... can I convert that to a PAL.. any suggestions?

There is such a thing as a PAL/SECAM to NTSC convertor, but you would be better advised to just buy another TV because it would probably be cheaper than the convertor and work better.

Simplest way I have found is to buy a multisystem VCR for the front end. PAL goes in, NTSC comes out.
Be warned, if the reason you are trying to convert to PAL is because you are moving to a PAL only area, check to ensure that the LCD can be used with that frequency and voltage.
Chances are not good.
