Cake for Valentines?

A guy that I know got me a cake around Valentines Day. We are not dating or anything so I'm wondering what it meant.

Talk to him ... tell him you enjoyed the cake, thank him. Then SHUT-UP and see what he says with his words and body language. This is the only sure way to find out since you most likely don't have mind reading powers, and I know I certainly don't.
