my dad and his girlfriend have not yet married and i need to know if it is alright to have a crush on my possible future step-cousin...

Maybe you do, or maybe you just want them to like you. Either way, there are or will be boundaries......
You need to decide whether or not you will respect those boundaries.
If you decide not to, you will have to be prepared for the scrutiny and criticism that will follow. Society can be especially cruel.
You have to ask youself, do you want to put them through all of that because YOU have a crush on THEM? Isn't that a little selfish?
If they are that great, appreciate them and welcome them to the family, but respect them, too. Be glad they are around, but keep your romantic and dating life outside the family.

Yes, it's alright, possible, and it's not a warped or gross thing, you two have not grown up together as family, nor do you two share any blood, so I say go for it, but only if the feelings are mutual. Good luck.

of course its okay there is no blood relation..id say go for it as long as you know they feel tha same way...i totally see nothing wrong...i use to date my step-cousin and never had ne problems...

I think so. Step-cousin isn't related, so I don't think it matters. If it was your cousin, I think it would be too closely related, but step-cousin...psh, I think it's fine.
