I don't think you should be too worried yet but a sensible diet low in saturated fats with lots of whole grains, fruits and veggies. A simple work out plan like walking for a hour 3-4 times a week. Join a gym if you feel so inclined but so many people pay good money for a membership and never use it. Try joining with a friend so you can keep each other inspired. At least your thinking while you are still young and it is easier to lose and keep weight off. Good luck

Fast food are the number 1 thing to cut back on. also try to eat less calories, saturated fats, transfats, sodium, and sugar.
EAting more fruits and vegatables is always a plus. as for protiens: lean red meats and almost all white meats are packed with musle building protiens. as for fats you can try to eat as many omega 3's , 6's and 9's which can be found in things like granola, flaxseed, etc. If you need a snack protien bars are always good ( just make sure they are low in carbs and moderate in fats)
As for excersizing, arobic workouts targeting the cardio vascular area (heart), and the cardio resiproatory ( lungs and heart ) will help boost energy and burn fat. And/ Or you may want to start walking or running in the mornings.
you may take my advice..... if you dont thats ok...... im only 13 anyways XD

You sound like someone that shouldn't be worrying about getting fat. Just keep doing what you are doing right now and you'll be fine. If you start gaining weight try excercising 3 or 4 times a week (every other day) for about an hour at a time. It should keep your weight in a healthy range and you won't vary too much.

At eighteen, you are starting to grow into a woman's body. What you are probably referring to as "chub" is likely to be the curves of womanhood. It is the necessary body fat reserves that allow you to become pregnant (ant to have a healthy pregnancy).
If you are not fat, you should't really worry about it.
If you want to stay fit, make sure that you eat lots of veggies and fruit, whole grains, and try to steer clear of processed sugar/fats like pop, cakes and fries. As for exercise, try to get in brisk walking for at least 30 minutes at least 3 days a week.

Cut back on products made with sugar. Vegetables are good for you and help you maintain or lose weight. Exercise is beneficial because it helps you burn calories. Cook your meat without added fats.
