hi i am a 15 yr old girl who is 5 ft 3 i and weighs 180 lbs i think iam fat because i can never find cloths that fit me and people dont like me! i can not get a boyfriend and people in my class call me fat ! What Do you think am I .... FAT?

I think you have low self esteem and lack confidence. Work on liking yourself first, then others will see your beauty.

Why not focus on being healthy? I know women who weigh 100 pounds who are very unhealthy. Eat right, exercise and throw out the scale!

I am 5ft 2 and 145 pounds, and 13 years old, and thats after loosing 5 pounds. You may be slightly overweight, but it depends on how much muscle u have and other factors. I for example am very muscular, but I still want to loose all my fat. You really shouldn't pay any attention to ur classmates insults, I've never been insulted to my face by people at school, but my dad insults me all the time. Don't let it get to u, if u think ur happy with who u are then it doesn't matter what they think. It's personality that counts!!! Don't worry and i wish u luck. I will be watching this question. Also Don't let all these mean people bother u. They are pissing me off by insulting u. They are stupid don't listen to them.

yeah you are fat and the reason i know is because i am 5' 3 180 lbs. and i can count my fat rolls but i have had a kid and i am 30 yrs old, you are only 15 and already this size you better slow down on the junk food or you'll just keep getting bigger. Myself i am on a diet to lose it. Good luck !

Your BMI is 32. Links page has gov. BMI calculater so figure it out yourself and put in age to see how many 15 yr olds fatter than you. 19 to 24 normal. 30 and above-- obese.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

yep, you are overweight and you cant find clothes that fit that should be a sign, at 5 ft 3 you should atleast be 130 lbs or less something like that

You are halve way there.
You realize you are fat.
Obese is the correct word.
You do not use up the calories you consume.
Get with people who worship their bodies.
They will help you become buff.
Read a body building magazine.
I would take you on but for me you are jail bait.

i am older and have the same dimensions and i asked the very same question 2 wks ago. the first thing i am going to tell you is that you are going to be very sorry that you asked and the second i will save you the agony and tell yes we are thick milkshakes that need to get up close and personal with jenny craig. dont hate i am just being honest

yea, but you can do something about it.
You can only be fat if that is your choice.
Don't eat snack food, meat, nuts, dairy products
eat veggies, beans, lentils and whole grains and fruit.
Never, never eat sugar fat or white anything.
whole grains.
You don't just want to be skinny you want to be beautiful
Eat right and you will be.
