I believe that some cops are idiots not most. However, I do agree with you that most think they are above the law.
That story is obviously about one of those cops that's an idiot.

No, I think that most cops are at least as intelligent as the average person on the street. Some are above average intelligence, and some are below average intelligence. Just like any other profession in the world.
I've had someone take pictures of me with his cell phone while I was out on a scene. As long as he didn't get in the way, I don't really care. I know that I wasn't doing anything wrong, so I didn't have anything to worry about.
As an additional comment, though I generally try to avoid making comments about the asker of a question, I am not in the least bit surprised that someone who claims to be a "proud NAMBLA member" (a pedophilia advocacy group) doesn't like police and would try to make them look bad. But why you asked a very similar question about nurses, I don't have any clue.

The test of a good cop is one who would arrest his mother for speeding or driving through a red light.
Remember. He had to pass a few tests and NONE of them said that he can practice SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT of the laws. He has to treat everyone alike.
The business of overlooking the wrong that your buddy does is a big crock of cow-droppings. When they raise their hand and take that oath, that's it....buddy or no buddy.
The Mayor and Police Chief ( or Town Councilman or Town Manager ) of any town or city decides how honest the cops are in that place. Crooked mayors have crooked Chiefs and crooked chiefs have crooked cops...and crooked cops have a shitty community of crooked people.
Cops are not idiots if they are getting away with things. The people of that community are the idiots for not sending crooked cops to jail.

A. "most cop" are NOT idoits. I can see the cops conviscating the camera because it may contain picture of undercover cop if this was during a drugbust. However, I agree with parents and this matter should be investigated further to be sure both side are equally heard.

I read the article you referenced and have two opinions. The first is that you're right about the event being a pretty ridiculous enforcement activity by those particular officer(s). Things happen and that's one of them.
But secondly, you're use of the phrase 'most cops' also reflects your lack of worldly knowledge and inability at looking at these things in perspective. You spotted one event that was in bad taste for the police. But one event does not represent 'most' cops, anymore that your rush to judgment would necessary represent 'most' others like yourself would make the same conclusion. At least thats my humble opinion.

Not all of um dude.I've just got through reading answeres to a simular question that I asked.Some of the cops were cool about it and tried to explain how thy felt,some just slammed and critized me,most people were against me,and a few were on my side.Thing is ,I dont know them,they dont no me.

I guess that in your rationalization that "most" cops are judged by 1 persons actions, then I can clearly come to the conclusion that because I know one man that is a homosexual, MOST men are? Generalizations are so stupid...

Funny how the entire stroy is one sided. I don't believe for a second the this simply took a few pictures with his cell phone and got arrested. I think the guy, and his family, in this story is the idiot.

"Most cops are idiots", "most nurses are stupid", and may we add; by that same reasoning that ALL NAMBLA (look it up folks) members are PEDOPHILES??
(He just changed his profile. Earlier it read, "Proud member of NAMBLA" which is the North American Man/Boy Love Association. As I said before, "man/man" - that's your business, "man/boy", that's illegal and just plain wrong.)
